Current Openings Payroll Specialist Ideal candidate will posses an upbeat personality, eye for detail, ability to multitask, and professional demeanor. Duties include collecting and processing all payroll data, account reconciliations, creating and distributing reports, and general clerical assignments. Job requirements include 2 years min experience in payroll (preferably with ADP Software), proficient computer skills including MS Office with intermediate Excel, 10-key, background in accounting a plus! EOE Ramp Concierge As the first point of contact for business and leisure travelers visiting Western Aircraft, the concierge will welcome passengers and provide “Gold Standard” level of customer service. This is a part time/temporary position for the summer months. Schedule will be Monday through Friday with 30 hours per week. Duties include: transporting passengers to and from airport and other locations utilizing company vehicle, assist with baggage, stock aircraft with ice and beverages, marshaling of aircraft and various other duties relating to customer service. Qualified candidate is capable of lifting 30 pounds, presents self professionally and courteously, has a valid driver’s license and previous experience providing outstanding customer service. EOE Aircraft Maintenance Intern Aircraft maintenance interns assist certified maintenance technicians in the repair of jet & turboprop aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and Repair Station guidelines. Position is a summer internship and requires enrollment in an FAA approved A&P program at an accredited education facility. Other requirements include a valid driver’s license and team player with a positive attitude and strong desire to exceed expectations. EOE Aircraft Maintenance Tech - Challenger Expansion creates exciting opportunity as we introduce Challenger into our maintenance portfolio. We are seeking a team and goal oriented individual with 3 or more years of experience working in corporate aircraft maintenance; specifically Challengers (inspect, test, repair, maintain, service, etc.) An A&P Certification is required as well as availability for occasional travel and participation in the rotating on-call schedule. EOE Aircraft Maintenance Tech - Hawker We are seeking a team and goal oriented individual with 3 or more years of experience working in corporate aircraft maintenance; specifically Hawkers (inspect, test, repair, maintain, service, etc.). EOE Aircraft Maintenance Lead Tech - Falcon Responsible for leading assigned jobs and technicians by inspecting, testing, and servicing aircraft using test equipment and hand tools, as needed, to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturer specifications. Requirements include A&P certification, 4 or more yrs. working in corporate aviation specifically on Falcon airframe, 2 or more yrs. supervisory experience, mastery of inspection procedures, advanced troubleshooting and electrical skills, ability to perform sheet metal repairs, demonstrated leadership and team building skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
